Charles ALLEN, lifelong resident of Putnam County died Saturday at his home in Greencastle at the age of 70 years. Survivors are his wife, one brother Prof. Fiske Allen of State Teachers College, Charleston, Ill and a sister Mrs. Lucy Fordyce of Stanford University. Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery at Greencastle. Harold Fordice of this place is a nephew.
